With Burns Night just around the corner, we thought we'd share a wee Scottish cocktail to celebrate with!
50ml Scotch whisky
25ml sweet vermouth
10ml Benedictine liqueur
A twist of lemon to garnish
Gather all the ingredients together.
Grab a mixing glass and fill it up with ice, before pouring in the whisky, vermouth and liqueur.
Stir together well for around 20 seconds.
Find yourself a chilled cocktail glass and strain the liquid into it.
To serve, garnish with a twist of lemon and enjoy!
