Seville Orange and Malt Whisky Marmalade

Handmade by Wild Fig (husband and wife Nicola and Justin and their team) in the west of Scotland. Cask strength Highland single malt Scotch whisky is paired with Wild Fig Seville orange marmalade. Produced in small batches using the traditional open pan method, achieving just the right balance of flavour to make this an exquisite addition to any breakfast table. Not suitable for Paddington's sandwiches!
