Glengoyne Legacy Series Chapter 1

A celebration of Cochrane Cartwright, distillery manager in 1869, who slowed down distillation times to increase the sweet, fruity flavours and also introduced sherry cask maturation. Both of these are still signature elements of Glengoyne to this day so the legacy of Cochrane Cartwright lives on in each bottle.
